按页翻页,把返回的 next_page 传回可取下一页,page 上限 50,到顶后不再返回 next_page。
标题中的搜索高亮标记已剥除。
默认使用综合排序，结果顺序由上游定义，不承诺按发布时间排序。
不返回弹幕;弹幕接口本版未接入。

每次成功搜索页 3 Credits。

请求声明 idempotency_key 时，同一次操作复用原键；元数据 GET 只读。

等待态响应提供结果/状态引用。先读取原结果；超时或结果不明时禁止自动重新提交付费执行。401/403/422 应先修正鉴权、权限或输入。
